Softlogic IT Group Conducts ON Campus Recruitment Drive in Chennai


Techpro, a client of Softlogic Systems, wanted to recruit professionals for their company. They wanted graduates in B.E electrical, civil, mechanical, and EEE. 

Softlogic conducted this recruitment drive on 26th July. Around 580 candidates came for the recruitment drive. Softlogic arranged these candidates through e-mail marketing, sms marketing, and telecalling. The candidates went through aptitude and group discussion followed by HR interview. Around 56 candidates were selected for the final CEO round. 

Softlogic made all infrastructure arrangements such as furniture, lunch, and computers. Few Softlogic staff also helped in co-ordinating and conducting the recruitment.
