Softlogic arranged these candidates through e-mail marketing, sms marketing, and telecalling. The candidates went through aptitude and group discussion followed by HR interview. Around 56 candidates were selected for the final CEO round.  Softlogic made all infrastructure arrangements such as furniture, lunch, and computers.
